If you came to me with problems such as these I would want to understand your experience of your symptoms. If for example you wanted help with Raynaud’s syndrome I would like to know which part of you is affected, your hands or feet or both. Whether your fingers or toes change colour and if they do what colour they go. With this and other complaints I will want to know whether there is any associated pain; and if there is, the nature of the pain, when you get it and how long it lasts. Whether there is anything you have discovered you can do for yourself to ease the symptoms for example, does rest relieve your palpitations?
